Louisville Tile of Fishers is seeking a customer service rep for inside counter sales. This position serves our contractor, installer, and builder customer base. The job entails order entry, technical installation advice, and inside sales. The successful candidate in this position will have a passion for the customer and go above and beyond to create solutions. This is a full-time M-F position. Customer Service Rep Qualifications:

• 3 years of customer service experience
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Customer Service Rep Desired Skills:

• Willingness to learn about tile and installation materials
• Efficient typing skills and very comfortable learning new software
• A passion for delivering stellar customer service
• Ability to make independent decisions, judgement calls, and problem solve
• Professional phone etiquette and personable demeanor
• Ability to manage phone and in-person customer traffic

Customer Service Rep Primary Functions:

• Order entry tasks via phone, email, and through customer portal
• Administrative tasks related to logistics, order processing, updating customers on order status
• Directing customers regarding product selection and technical information
• Giving and recording quotes
